Guidelines for Logotype Application, Design, and Use of Colors on the Web A Web version of the logotype must be displayed prominently on all Web pages representing all schools, departments, divisions, programs, and offices of the University. Variations in monitor size should be taken into consideration when placing the logo to ensure it is visible when the page loads without the need to scroll. The logo must be present on all pages of a Web site, not just the first page. School names must be used in combination with the complete, correct University logo. School versions of the logo are available at logo.wustl.edu. (Minimum size requirements as stated above apply.) When names of departments within schools or units will be used with the official University or school version logotypes, the following guidelines apply:
The official University colors of red and green are best approximated by the following "web-safe" colors: Red: #990000 (RGB: 153, 0, 0) For consultation and assistance in using the Web versions of the logotype on University pages, contact the Publications Office or Medical Public Affairs.
